purchased an Open Box controller from Best Buy, and unfortunately, it turned out to be defective. I didn’t use it right away — when I finally tried it, I realized it wasn’t functioning properly. This was really disappointing, especially since I expected that Open Box items would be tested and guaranteed to be in working condition. I reached out for help just one day past the regular return period, and was told I’d need to sign up for a paid membership just to return a faulty product. That doesn’t feel fair, considering the item arrived in non-working condition. I hope Best Buy can improve quality control for Open Box items and consider more reasonable return options when the product is clearly defective.

It is an excellent controller with great features, but when the stick drift comes in after not even a month of use it is not fun to use. Especially in multiplayer shooter games when it goes from headshot to shooting at clouds
