I just bought the control and It is already having issue with the R2 button just stops working. Best Buy quality has really gone down in the past 3 years.

Controller worked good for about 4 month. Starting to get stick drift

Good product. But left stick usually breaks down after some months of use

nothing special, thing was eager to get stick drift and stop working though.

i like to eat pepperoni pizza when I play my games, this controller is good for that because it is grease resistant. That is why i like it so mcuh it is a good cuntrooler

The worst.. Controller has stick drift... Best buy has no record of serial numbers to send it off to Sony and won't assist me either.. So much for having a best buy credit card. They won't help me do anything but spend. May as well cut it up

Bought for son as he said would work with the PS4 as well. IT DOES NOT. He tried it out using a PC and remote play and he did say was "a bit big" for his hands. Hes 12 yrs old.

I like the dualsense comtroller haptics, but the chunkiness reminds me of the Xbox controller

Overtime the controller doesn’t work properly. This is the third controller I am buying writhing a year.

I'm having a few problems with controller "drift", but I can't tell if it's a software thing or a physical controller thing.

I’m not a fan of play station controllers I feel that they are not durable at all. This is my 4th controller since getting the ps5 in Nov ‘21

I like the look but it feels a bit cheap compare to the ps4 controller. Maybe it's just a preference.

I would rate it at 5. But the battery don't seem to last long I just might got a lemon

Controller got drift just 30 days after purchase and its been my second controller in 60days

After 2 weeks got drift stick so now I need to get a new one

It’s no secret these things get stick drift, but with the recent price increase it’s becoming inexcusable. I can’t even remember how many I’ve replaced since launch.

Pay for the upgraded one, the standard controllers develope stock drift to easy.

I got it to use it as my Steam Deck controller and it works well enough. One gripe I have is that it’s difficult to charge properly. You’d think you can charge it through the Steam Deck, but nope. No idea why.

This is my second dualsense controller in the past 7 months. They're not as durable as the dualshock 4 controllers.
