The color is NOT what I expected. It’s a lot more pink than red in person. Pictures of it look better than the real thing

A extra controller is a must-have. This was a great deal for 49.99 I couldn’t beat it. Glad I purchase it from Best Buy. What a great deal. Thanks, Best buy. 

Love this controller. Looks better than the plain white ones. Playability is the same as the white ones. Picked it up on a Black Friday deal. Was a great price.

At other stores they usually have long lines. When i got there, the line was short and all i had to do was show fhem the barcode and i was done within 3 minutes

Hopefully these will continue to improve in quality but they do get worn out very quickly from regular gameplay.

Feels great , but they need more durability in the joystick part, playing sports they won’t last past 3months

Best one yet! Love the color most of all! Ps5 controllers are way nicer than Xbox series X because of the ambient lighting & the battle combat for the lighting.

Cannot go wrong with these controllers. Kids love it.

The remotes get messed up to easily. Have to get warranty if not you have to buy a new one

Overall great controller awesome specs easy to use and comfortable. Battery life isnt too good Analog drift needs to be fixed

My issues are with the buttons on the controller. I’ve gone through 2 controller with buttons that either stick or simply stopped worked. Called Sony to have them replaced but they came back with “it’s out of warranty”. These controllers are total rubbish when it comes to quality.

Controller looked super cool. Mine was sadly not comfortable in hand due to an issue with the plastic.

Sony needs to recall these controllers. Thank god for the guarantee

You really want my feedback? Ok here it goes... I purchased a Dual Sense, I noticed it was the wrong color and the store denied me of an exchange. Ok, I I approach the store manager and he thought it was funny to tell me he's not the manager but the guy on the picture is his twin. He obviously was not interested in my concern. I still came back and purchased a microwave and a pair of Beats, they had no issue taking my card and swiping it. Now here's the kicker and shame on Best Buy, they lowered the price on the microwave, I came back with the receipt to see if I can get it at that price and I was also denied. I'm telling you 3 strikes in less than a week and at the same location. Happy Holidays and shop wisely.
