This controller is good, but the battery doesn't last long.

I guess this is why Best buy is dying I don't know I will never buy another thing for Best buy as long as I live it's absolutely ridiculous I bought this remote when I opened it for my kids birthday 2 weeks later it did not work The x and the PlayStation button were mixed up apparently it was too late to return it and they will not fix it They will not help me one bit They will do nothing to make it easier on me so I just threw $60 and then trash like they did not care I've never been so upset with a company in my entire life

When it works it’s great but durability is a big question have bought several over the years due to joystick drifting

this purchase was very inconvenient and annoying towards two weeks into the purchase of the item. to start off employer claimed and promised that i could not do a trade in value told me to try doing it my self online and that he doubts i would be able to do it. i went outside of the store and did everything online and set it for pick up along with the trade in value. seems like the employers don't even know their own companies rules and policy. two weeks into the purchase the controller started acting up.

I WISH BATTERY LASTED LONGER and would not with two hours after recharge

This controller broke fast I bout 2 is less than 6 months.

Fine control over priced a bit. But it’s reliable and works without windsurfing so far.

Battery life is horrendous. My original white controller lasts twice as long as this thing.

My only issue with the PS5 is the controllers only last 6 months at best before they get stick drift. Buy the geek squad warranty so you can swap out with a new controller everytime this happens.

Seems the joysticks fail quicker than the whitepad

No portion for zero stars… this controller just like the two previous ones I’ve bought are broken. The drift to a point where I can’t play and buttons don’t work properly. How do I go about getting these three controllers fixed???

The controller may not give you an advantage in gaming but will deliver you an experience you didnt know you could have from a controller.

Worked well but very disappointed the left stick wanders already after 3 months of minimal usage.

Battery life could be much better. I suspect that it will be the first improvement PS does on the system.

Great conttoller eith lits of great features. Hoping more developers utilize the features but at leat they are there to experiment with!

Bought it opened box. Controller drifts on certain games. Lesson learned.

I've only had this controller for a month and it feels like it falling aprt fromt the inside. It makes a bunch of clicking noises after i push the start button which doesnt sound normal. And the left joy stick has bee feeling rough. Its brandnew and i might have to buy another one

Second controller i bought out 4, very bad quality sony, the buttons and triggers are already messing up and being honest im not a very heavy gamer anymore neither do i give bad treatment to my controllers and consoles but really try to find a better option
