Nice controller. Except previous one broke less than a year old. Added warranty this time

I bought the controller that had an excellent open box rating. I went on vacation. I tried it out after vacation and it didn’t work. It was clearly not tested and shouldn’t have been listed as excellent condition. I went to Best Buy to return it and I was told I can’t return it because it was 17 days after purchase. I spoke with the manager and he was very rude. I will not purchase anything from Best Buy again. This particular Best Buy is on Rand road in Arlington heights Illinois.

Stick drift within 2 months? These controllers are not well made at all. I love the look and feel, but they just don't hold up.

Not even two months and my left thumbstick started drifting.

Its good but it is the exact same one thats in the box. All the colors are the same its all prefrence. It doesnt come with a charger

Sold me a defective controller listed as 'excellent condition' but had egregiously terrible stick drift. Basically unusable and was not able to return. Got screwed and customer support was beyond useless.

Okay, I only received half my order. I ORDERED 2 CONTROLLERS. IT SAYS YOU SENT OUT 2, but I ONLY GOT THE ONE. Who do I need to talk to, to get my other controller?

Good product but drift issue something to look for. Ready to get it replaced every now n then!

Had drifting issues after the 15 days so I couldn’t return it.

Hoping that the quality I have come to expect from Best Buy continues. This was purchased for my son in law as a Christmas gift.

Had to return this one, the "X" button was sticking.

Controller trigger button spring failed 3 months after purchase. Controller was replaced under warranty. Original controller which came with system has also developed a headphone jack problem as well and will be returned for replacement. Sony seems to be having problems with these controllers. Unfortunately, you have no alternatives at this time.

Having a common stick drift problem with so resolve.

Major drift in the left analog stick on pretty minimum use for gameplay. I also bought another regular White controller. That one completely died while charging. It died mid charge and won't turn back on. Both had a lifespan of less than 6 months on casual gameplay. And now playstation has increased the price on the controllers. It makes local multiplayer such an expensive hobby. How can Sony increase the price of a product with such minimal quality put into it.

Bought this to match the black plates on my PS5. The controller I picked up was the updated version that addresses drift issues.

I got the purple controller for Christmas in 2022. By the time Christmas of 2023 came, the controller was unusable. The stick drift was horrendous.

Bought open box excellent condition GeekSquad Verified, came covered in old skin and dirt and grime, controller felt worn out on every button. returned for refund. never buying open box again.

way overpriced can easily find these available at much lower cost
