I rated 3 because Bestbuy does not have controller in stock like other stores.

My old controller was worn out and missed button pushes were causing frustration. New controller is awesome.

Do not buy the black, it wears out way to quick. Ive replaced 3 and theyll only replace with same color, even if others are cheaper, never had as many problems with any other color.

I will like to grade it but I still don’t have a Ps5 I’m waiting till it’s available

Controller features are cool. But about 50 hours of gameplay the R2 trigger broke.

It showed up a little late, but it looks like it will work if my ps5 shows up on time.

The absolute worst quality controller. After only owning the original controller, it broke down within 2 months of purchase. My son was so DEVASTATED as this was a big purchase he was saving up for. We finally broke down and bought another controller which after only 18 days had a glitch and Best Buy would not exchange because it was past the 15 DAYS! This is just unacceptable and money down the tube. I thought Best Buy had much better Customer Service but obviously not. They have lost me as a customer!!!

The bottoms stuck so I have to return it and they were helpful when I return the item

I cant seem to get enough of these controls and for the price you cant go wrong. since they are on sale now

Our grandson was so excited to get this!! He had to text all of his friends and let them know what he got.

Does not come with a cord for charging therefore had to by a USB c cord seperate.

Im collecting all the controllers and needed this one last, its more magenta than eed but still looks nice.

I have been a loyal Playstation user since the PS2. Now both of my controllers (the one that came with the PS5 and the one I bought separately) are having Drifting problems. I would ignore it if it didn't affect my gameplay, but this is getting frustrating! Just made a complaint to Sony. If they don't take care of it, I guess I will have to join the lawsuit against them for the controllers. I am not happy paying $10-$20 more for a controller that works worse than the PS4 ones I have. Disappointed!

I love this, the only thing that the battery is not have long time but its a playstation problem, not you.

I hate the points of the controller battery life is ok

Needed a second controller from the original one that came with the PS5. Works great and very responsive.
