I purchased an item on Dec 10th 2025 and it never arrived.

First thing its not Red its maroon, i got the ps4 red controller and loved it, but i really dont like this color like its much darker and the color looks cheap... i am very disappointed...

Bought the Open Box Excellent condition. Item came in plain brown box. Did not include Orginal box packaging or inserts. Item came wrapped in bubble wrap in the box. Item had markings on the back and scratches. Very dissatisfied.

Great only is used with a PS5. I tried to use it with a PC and some functions are limited due to lack of support by Microsoft so went with an xbox controller.

Defective product battery backup too low, need to recharge once every two hours

I purchased this with my new PS5 to have a spare controller but it broke 3 days later they have the same problem as the ps4 controllers

it doesnt feel good, it doesnt have a good grip and the performance is worse than any xbox or the switch controller.

Got stick drift only after a few months of minimal use.

So tired of having to buy a new controller every 6-8 months due to stick drift

Went to return unopened, unused item even received UPS return label from Best Buy. Then the item returned a few days later, saying it could not be refunded even though the box was never opened. Will not purchase anything from Best Buy again with this return policy.

They said it’s excellent condition but it wasn’t. I was expecting it to be good at least. Come on BestBuy we trust you.

We bought an 'open box' controller. Took it home and half the buttons didnt work. Son was very disappointed, but returning it to Best Buy was as easy as could be!! They had outstanding customer servuce, apologized that the controller didn’t work. I was done with return in 2 minutes.

The controller developed stick drift within a month.

I love the controller don’t get me wrong, but the durability is horrible. I’ve already have had a problem with 2 of these controllers. First one lasted a month then the right trigger got busted. Then I bought a new one and 2 weeks later for the left joystick is loose and both joysticks have stick drift.

It started to get stick drift after 8ish months. Seems to be a trend with DS5 controllers.

This was clearly a retuned item. There was no charging cord with it.

I bought this controller 2 months ago and its already veering to the left by itself. My first ine lasted me a while year before it got drift. These products get worse everyday. Not happy at all to waste my day going to best buy to use my protection plan in just 2 minthsbifbusing the product. 1/5

I like the colors available, but the quality is, once again, average. For the price these break too easily.

The acceleration button R2 keeps getting stuck. Everytime I use it or leace it pressed the button remains stuck.
