Not in excellent condition at all from ope box

Total tech membership is a ripoff

I have the total tech membership. I did buy it on Black Friday sale. They refuse to exchange it for a different color because they don't make this one anymore. So I had to pay full price for the exchange minus what I paid.

It was in a ripped up and smashed box. It was dusty and covered in fingerprints with the dirt from the previous users hand in the creases. Best Buy didn’t bother to wipe this down. It had very minor cosmetic scratches. But other than that it works perfectly fine but for nearly the same price as a new controller this isn’t acceptable.
