Stick drift hit after only 3 weeks. Completely unusable now for anything.

Works but disappointed in color. Advertised as cosmic red....cost $15 more...looks pink in person. Aside from that does everything the same as the white controller...

Joystick was faulty after just a few uses. But it was after the warranty period and now I can't even use it.

Product is garbage. Purchased this as a replacement to the one that came with the system purchased 8 months ago. This lasted 5 weeks, just outside the Best Buy return window. Obviously they want you to buy their warranty otherwise now I have to deal with Sony.

After waiting multiple days to receive my order of this PS5 controller, I still have not received it. FedEx tracking keys saying “out for delivery,” but it never gets delivered. I contacted Best Buy and their solution is for me to wait an additional 3-10 days while they try to track it down with FedEx!

After about a week of using it, the joysticks would be too sensitive. Set it down lightly on a table and before you know it, you fast forwarded through half of a movie

Not even a day of using it when the down button on the left buttons stopped working or I’m not sure if it ever did

They break easily you have to replace often they're no good

Things are made of paper, had to be the 3/4th different ps5 comtroller since launch day

The joystick drifts with little use. It should last longer than a few months.

The bluetooth on the controller didn’t work and the buttons got stuck just when i took it out the box

this control is extremely sensitive the triggers are very sensitive that if you keep pressing them hard they eventually get lose and thats what happened to my second controller! my first controller got the analog drift after like 5 months of use, i spent 100$ to get a new controller with insurance and now its useless as well. these controllers are garbage not worth the overprice. i have xbox series x and that controller is still going at it hard! and i am a playstation fan

I bought it on April 7,2021. Its July 20 and the right stroke of controller is already drifting. Very dissapointing!!!!

I’m sorry, but this controllers are really bad quality. It’s shifting to the left all the time. It only lasted 1 month and I barely played!

Ok.. now on this item. Um yew guys are da best but. Yea on this one i went i got the control and used rewards certificate for the purchase, and the cashier thus manager declined my purchase even after shoimg them on my bestbuy app the certifacte. And the receiving email notifacation. But yes my transaction wast declined. ANYWHO INLEFT WITH NO CONTROL AND TOOK MY 70 dollers rewards outa here. *pending. I kno u guys will make it rite like always!

Stopped working correctly after 25 days. Make stick drift on left stick.

No good break easily replace controller multiple times

I thought it was going to be an all white remote instead I’m using a white green and purple controller. I just wanted something plane.

I got a use ps5 controller in the box it said that it had everything in it and that was working fine but the controller was just their and it was broken

I have had this controller for less then 6 months and the controller decided to malfunction all the time. This started happening three months after purchase. The right control stick spins counter clock wise for no reason without activating it. This makes this controller unusable. I love the color and was amazing when it had worked correctly but it is too expensive to break so quickly.
