I picked up a new controller; after my black controller suffered from drift issues. The color is nice, but my only complaint is that the right trigger 2 button seems to have a hair trigger when compared to my previous controller. Just a minor annoyance and I just have to adjust.

I liked the different color designs that were available and the overall performance of the product for daily usage.

Pretty cool controller, the color stood out to me. It has been working well nothing wrong with it to this day.

The ergonomic design and “softness” of the controller are very impressive. The red color is a nice touch, especially when you want that little sense of “my controller” while playing, plus it looks cool.

Love the color of this controller. Would buy one in every color. But of course Volcanic Red had to be first.

I love the black with the slight blue coming through. It plays smooth and is very durable. I have absolutely no complaints.

This remote brings joy to my husband. However, I have learned additional curse words from my husband.

I'd give it 5 stars if it were just a review of Best Buy, but that's not what this review is for. I bought this controller to replace another that was about a year old and had terrible drift occurring to the point that games were unplayable. The controller out of the box was great, the first several games were great, but I can already tell that the left trigger button is loose and activating during gameplay when not actually engaged. The problem is in the manufacturing of the controllers themselves and is what it is from Sony and Playstation, you may want to consider a good third party controller if you're willing to spend the money. If you need a new controller and are comfortable with these like I am, just understand they don't last as long as they should for the money.

good buying experience, the controller is a little heavier than PS4 due to the built-in battery.

It was on sale and ive been holdimg on to the first one i have been with overall good controllers and last and 2 is better than 1

Has been great so far. Bought this to replace my longtime Xbox controller which died on PC. Have been enjoying it and it is quite comfortable.

Love yalls open box stuff wish yall would make it company policy to be able to haggle on older open box products theres quite a few things id buy if yalld have some wiggle room

I bought simply because of the color. (It was for my wife). It didn't take long to get used to the few differences from our PS4 controllers.

I love it and it's working perfectly I would recommend you to get it

Color is nice, as far as how long the controller last before stick drift that depends on the games you play, for the most part they last me about a year or sometimes less

They were fast and knowledgeable and suggested what my kid Will Like. He loves it.

Great purchase. I bought it so I could have two controllers. The dualsense features are incredible with games that take advantage of the feature. Also, I much prefer the color to the standard white
