Exactly one year after light use, right after the warranty expired, the stick drift started. This controller is adult owned, treated carefully, and only used casually every couple of weeks. It honestly feels like it’s programmed to fail the moment coverage ends. I still have PlayStation 4 controllers that work perfectly, so this is clearly a quality issue, not wear and tear. This is a terrible product, and it’s frustrating that Sony is fully aware of the problem but chooses not to fix it.

Matches my black plates, my only issue is that the controller's battery drains fast

Bought it open box but it was brand new. No damage at all.

Great controller! Highly recommended and a must have item if you want to play on PS5 with someone else.

What can I say? It’s the PS5 DualSense controller—we all know the quality, comfort, and amazing haptic feedback this thing delivers. I picked up the black version from Best Buy, and as always, the service, reliability, and peace of mind with their warranty are top-notch. Now… real talk. I was playing, things got heated, I lost, and let’s just say my old controller took flight. Unfortunately, it didn’t survive the landing. So yeah—I had to get a replacement. If you’re in need of a second controller (or, like me, destroyed yours in a fit of gamer rage), this is the one to get. It feels great in your hands, the triggers are super responsive, the battery lasts a good amount of time, and it just looks sleek in black. Just remember—while it’s built tough, it’s not “rage-proof.” 10/10 would buy again (and probably will… if I lose again).

I loved this controller it lasted for over a year until a slight stick drift ! Best Buy did their thing and got me back right !

Haven't used it too much since I bought another controller with this one and when I try to used it R2 was not working properly

Much more comfortable than the Dualshock controllers. Battery life not so great however.

I love the way this control feels in my hands. This is, in my opinion, the best controller out there as far as overall feel.

As always, PlayStation knocks it out of the park when it comes to their hardware. This controller is very sturdy. However, the colors of this model in particular do tend to shift in different lightings. Sometimes it looks more magenta at night and in the daytime it looks more maroon to me. With that said, this color in particular may be difficult for some to enjoy. I know most people go for the black model, and I did try both to in case I didnt like the red model. So it’s a hit or miss.

Good game interaction and smooth control. I bought it on sale for $49 so good value.
