Works great! I placed an online order and it was ready within 30 minutes. Got to the store and was out in 3 minutes.. fantastic experience.

We bought our PS5 controller from Best Buy open box to save a few dollars. This one did not come in the original box but it did include the manual and it does look and work perfect. We've already gamed at least 50hrs without any trouble. Highly recommend.

I previously lost my PS5 controllers. And I assume that this one right here was an out of the box PS five controller that was exactly like the ones that came with it. I’m not sure that it is. And there are much better controllers out there, but at a much higher price too. As this is the cheapest PS5 controller out there. I would still rated a five out of five it gets a job done it works great. It’s rechargeable. Can’t go wrong with it.

This DualSense controller in gray camo is a total win! It’s super comfortable and works perfectly with my PS5, MSI Sword, and ROG Ally. I’ve been using it to play Call of Duty, Diablo 3, and Grand Theft Auto, and it handles like a champ every time. The design looks awesome, and the performance is flawless. If you need a versatile controller that stands out, this is the one!

Wonderful controller! I have never been a big playstation fan. I bought the ps4 a couple years ago and thought it was alright. But once i bought the ps5 i was in love. The way the controller felt was amazing. Its wothout a doubt the best controller on the market at this momment.

My 3rd DualSense to have one for my wife, myself (red) & my son (packed in white). Sony's controllers have all felt more natural to me than Microsoft's (altho, I still use those for XB1 & PC/VR gaming,) but there's little doubt that the DualSense has outright set the standard of offical controllers this gen. Strong, sturdy, touch pad, and of course, the amazing haptic feedback (altho, it really needs to be used more by devs. When it IS used, it just adds immersion to a game). Do wish the purple here was ever so slightly brighter, but still another gorgeous color to add for our family's controller bank. Other than that, not much to say except I'm writing this review because of a reminder from Best Buy that I'd be entered for a $400 gift card drawing! LOL.

This controller has been great. It holds the battery change well, the buttons are responsive and connection to the PS5 console is great!

I Love the New Color , but I really Love the fact that there is zero stick drift with this newer version of the Dualsense Controller as Sony has fixed the issues they were having with Stickdrift with their earlier version dualsense controllers but I’ve put over 200 hrs on this controller since I bought it and it still feels and reacts like new ,Thanks Sony and Thanks Best Buy for carrying great products!

This PlayStation controller is perfect! The buttons are super responsive, the triggers feel smooth, and the overall grip is comfortable for long gaming sessions. The battery lasts surprisingly long, and the connectivity is flawless — no lag at all. It feels durable and high quality, just like you’d expect. Definitely a must-have replacement or extra controller!
