Just got into gaming, loved this controller! It was comfortable, and the color was exact as in the photo. Doesn't feel like a cheap controller, quality was good for the price!

Honestly, I loved this open-box controller from BestBuy. Basically new, with no blemishes/ marks, etc. The only thing I could ask for more was a longer return period/ more info on warranty, and ofc, only joking here, but it being free.

The controller works just fine, i use it everyday and no problems with it so far.

My wife absolutely loves this controller. She will disconnect my controller just to be able to use hers when she takes over.

Very pleasing red color, light a light cherry more than a deep red. Use mainly for PC gaming and easily connects to Windows and Steam. Vibrations are active, however adaptive triggers are not (but that is to be expected on PC vs PS5 use).

The controller is beautiful and exactly what you expect from a first party device.

Buy all my controllers from Best buy excellent service controllers are awesome store is always stocked and has them.

Amazing controller, I used the have the camo version for the PS4 and it was always my go to when I play.

Bought this to go with my boyfriend's PS5 and he loves it. He said it took him a little bit to get use to it because he was use to the PS4 controller.

Works well and a lovely color. Not much else that you can say.

First off we love the dualsense controllers. What an amazing experience on PS5. Secondly, the cosmic red is a great color. The pics don’t quite do it justice, but it is definitely the controller everyone in the house reaches for first.

Great controller ergonomically, it fits right in my hand...I just wish the charge capacity were larger/longer. Cheers.

I love the color of this dualsense, it looks great although it doesn't match the original color of the console.

Excellent controller. Easy to pair with the PS5. Good grip and play. Allowed the family to play together on games.

The drift is still not fixed in the controllers but they last a good amount of time . Get that geek squad protection . Just in case :)
