Finally went ahead and made the purchase and he loves it! Its awesome that sony is dropping kore colors.

Need PS5 Pro Version Controller

Very bad stick drift

It got so bad that I cannot even use the controller. I have had pretty bad drift with one of my joy-cons on my switch, but it was nowhere close to how bad my PS5 controller got. It is now literally just a paper weight. I know that engineering modern day controllers can be difficult and nuanced with new technologies implemented in modern controllers, but I can't help but think that my PS2 controller has never had any signs of wear or drift and I have had it for 18 or so years. Same goes for my original PS3 controller.
