It was ok I noticed the joysticks wear down pretty fast.

It was very fast and easy and also very good delivery crew

When it works it’s great but durability is a big question have bought several over the years due to joystick drifting

I am giving this three stars because we just purchased one a year ago and it had to be replaced already.

Sold me a defective controller listed as 'excellent condition' but had egregiously terrible stick drift. Basically unusable and was not able to return. Got screwed and customer support was beyond useless.

I have been using it for a while. I cant say i play it very often however i had the drift issue with both of my dualsense controller and now unable to use them. It is a very common issue.

Happy with my first purchase, so bought a second controller as a backup. As hard as kids play, I’m sure my son will wear out the first controller.

Cool collie. The touch pad is too big and can be accidentally touched when hitting the square button unless you use the tip of your right thumb.

Analog stick has already gone out. Need a replacement

Have no idea how this will work. Couldn't score a PS5 online and had to use bonus points, so I bought an extra controller

this purchase was very inconvenient and annoying towards two weeks into the purchase of the item. to start off employer claimed and promised that i could not do a trade in value told me to try doing it my self online and that he doubts i would be able to do it. i went outside of the store and did everything online and set it for pick up along with the trade in value. seems like the employers don't even know their own companies rules and policy. two weeks into the purchase the controller started acting up.

Listed as "red" and the pictures make it look red. However, in the daylight it looks more pink

I guess this is why Best buy is dying I don't know I will never buy another thing for Best buy as long as I live it's absolutely ridiculous I bought this remote when I opened it for my kids birthday 2 weeks later it did not work The x and the PlayStation button were mixed up apparently it was too late to return it and they will not fix it They will not help me one bit They will do nothing to make it easier on me so I just threw $60 and then trash like they did not care I've never been so upset with a company in my entire life

Daughter loves it! She swears it makes her play overcooked better, but i doubt it. Regular price is expensive though so try to look for a sale.

Controller was working great at first, but now its slightly off and sluggish when playing games.

Bought open box excellent condition GeekSquad Verified, came covered in old skin and dirt and grime, controller felt worn out on every button. returned for refund. never buying open box again.

These things break really really really fast. My original started having drift problems one week after PS5 was purchased. My new onle lasted 3 weeks, it replacemnt only lasted a month. Get the protection plan because your gonna need it monthly.

Had to return this one, the "X" button was sticking.
