Stick drift in two months SMH!!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!

Controller probably works fine but this is not red. It’s definitely a darker pink color. Sony fix your colors

Nice camoflage color controller but wish a different color scheme was available. Bought this one after the original developed trigger drift.

The one I received has something rattling inside. As if something is broken. Vibrations aren't smooth either.

Joy stick drifting in 30 days is just terrible and the price is not that cheap.

I bought a new controller and after opening the box it was a used one that was re packaged. The white on the back had black stains and the controller clearly had wear on it.

Got this a few months a ago and it’s been great but all of a sudden certain buttons stopped working and now I have to get a whole new controller

Controller started dragging to the left. I have the total tech membership. I did buy it on Black Friday sale. They refuse to exchange it for a different color because they don't make this one anymore. So I had to pay full price for the exchange minus what I paid.

No good break easily replace controller multiple times

Just after 30 day mark, even being a brand new model, controller drift. I guess you roll the dice with all PS5 controllers, new or used.

These controllers are trash. They are way too expensive to keep getting "drift" on either trigger stick. I've had two fail.

I bought this open box for in store pick up. It was in a ripped up and smashed box. It was dusty and covered in fingerprints with the dirt from the previous users hand in the creases. Best Buy didn’t bother to wipe this down. It had very minor cosmetic scratches. But other than that it works perfectly fine but for nearly the same price as a new controller this isn’t acceptable.

Bought to pair with my Steam Deck when docked. Works fairly well, have to re-pair on occasion and I wish the battery lasted longer.

Product is garbage. Purchased this as a replacement to the one that came with the system purchased 8 months ago. This lasted 5 weeks, just outside the Best Buy return window. Obviously they want you to buy their warranty otherwise now I have to deal with Sony.
