Dont buy from Best Buy! Bad customer service!

FedEx tracking keys saying “out for delivery,” but it never gets delivered. I contacted Best Buy and their solution is for me to wait an additional 3-10 days while they try to track it down with FedEx!

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this control is extremely sensitive the triggers are very sensitive that if you keep pressing them hard they eventually get lose and thats what happened to my second controller! my first controller got the analog drift after like 5 months of use, i spent 100$ to get a new controller with insurance and now its useless as well. these controllers are garbage not worth the overprice. i have xbox series x and that controller is still going at it hard! and i am a playstation fan
