I went to a best buy in Montegomery alabama to buy a black ps5. Less than a month my controller had stick drift.

It's a good controller for those who can use it, but thousands of users, myself include, are finding the controller a literal pain to us. After 20minutes of gaming, the muscle as the base of the thumb throbs. Other people complain about severe carpal tunnel and finger strain from using the controller and Sony refuses to address these issues. Add to that, many of the features this controller uses are unneeded to the average consumer. I honestly turn the adaptive triggers off since they are more a pain to use. Finally, for all those who don't know, the controller has a microphone that is always on and always listening to the player, unless you turn it off manually with the clear button.

Works well but the light color shows everything. Clean hands, clean controller.

It works exactly as intended but these controllers seem to be on the weaker side.

Good to use. Have some problems, the Left Control is not centered at default.

Love the controller how it fits nicely in your hands but the major flaw with these controllers is that after a while it starts having stick drift problems i made sure i got insurance on this one because i already went through 6 of them for the same reason

loving this color, looks much better in person than the picture on the box, had to get a 2nd one to match since i loved it so much!

Really great controller. Good feel in your hands. Wish it was a little more red in color but overall I’m pleased.

I think color should been midnight red or a Spiderman red controller. No offense the controller looks girly to me

don't like bright blue wish they make Metallica controller

I love the feel of my PS5 controllers! Nevertheless, these controllers are not as durable as previous Playstation installments. Buttons start stick, analogs stuck in certain directions, etc. Just be sure to get insurance or warranty.

This controller is great its factory and works amazing what more could you ask for
