Awesome color option

My sons favorite color has always been dark purple so this color option was the perfect find! Works as well as my other PS5 controllers as expected. Bought on a Black Friday sale which is why I gave the value 5 stars

Received different ite.

The controller was not the one i received in the box. I received a black controller and when i notice it was drifting i went to returned it and they told it was not the same controller so i couldn't return it. I told the manager that the controller that was in the box was black and to check the cameras. Unfortunately the CCTV only captures the women selling me the controller which was enclosed in the box. Mind you the box was a generic brown box and not the ps5 original box. If i can someone from best buy contact me that would be great
