We bought an 'open box' controller. Took it home and half the buttons didnt work. Son was very disappointed, but returning it to Best Buy was as easy as could be!! They had outstanding customer servuce, apologized that the controller didn’t work. I was done with return in 2 minutes.

Broken device, right joystick doesn't works properly

It started to get stick drift after 8ish months. Seems to be a trend with DS5 controllers.

I bought this controller 2 months ago and its already veering to the left by itself. My first ine lasted me a while year before it got drift. These products get worse everyday. Not happy at all to waste my day going to best buy to use my protection plan in just 2 minthsbifbusing the product. 1/5

Has a nasty drift after a few months of play. And analogs can't be easily replaced.

I like the colors available, but the quality is, once again, average. For the price these break too easily.

Very sad that Sony next gen controllers are so bad and there is nothing we can do about it. This controller gave out on me so quickly with moderate use. Thankfully, I have an older one that works fine. Really frustrating. Recommend only because there are no other options.

I love the controller don’t get me wrong, but the durability is horrible. I’ve already have had a problem with 2 of these controllers. First one lasted a month then the right trigger got busted. Then I bought a new one and 2 weeks later for the left joystick is loose and both joysticks have stick drift.

Just bought the controller and it’s already starting to have stick drift

The acceleration button R2 keeps getting stuck. Everytime I use it or leace it pressed the button remains stuck.

For some reason the battery lasts shorter than a discord mod and a fleshlight with a picture of a furry in thigh high stockings on I thought it was supposed to be refurbished

I am not sure what the issue is with the PS controllers ? Have had to exchange and purchase again and again ridiculous

Not good. Drifts and doesn’t keep a charge. I purchased this fee months and played it rarely

Had to send for repairs less than a month after buying for stick drift.

Control feels great but I’ve had so many problems with these controls. They start drifting after a short time. I’ve had to change 3 so far for left joystick drifting and for connection issues

Had a drift right out of the box. Not sure why but right when I opened it it has awful drift

The controller was awfully dirty and had a lot of scratch marks. They put this as excellent condition in open box. This was not excellent.

Bad Buttons Didn’t Work , stick Drift In a week Controller no good.

I've used this controller fairly heavily over the past few days, and it's pretty easily the best controller I've ever used. Even not counting the proprietary technologies like adaptive triggers and haptic feedback, it fits cleanly into my hands and the texturing makes it the least slippery controller I've ever had the fortune to hold. The haptic feedback, though, is truly amazing. It is much more precise than I thought would have been possible, to the point that the tactile information it gives you can actually be important to gameplay. You can, with your hands alone, feel the friction level of a surface you're walking on, tell what direction an impact came from, or even feel when you've hit the height of a jump. The adaptive triggers blend seamlessly with this system, making it extremely immersive. The triggers can be surprisingly forceful, especially when kicking back against your finger to depict recoil or when slowing your trigger pull so that it's easier to input partial swings of the trigger for actions where a full swing accomplishes something different from a partial one. the built-in speaker has unusually good clarity for its size, though I haven't found a good chance to test the built-in mic. As for the battery, during normal use, I saw the charge level drop to 75% after about six hours, so it shouldn't be an issue if you are charging them regularly.
