My favorite color is red so I had to buy it, bought the openbox and it has been working great. Be sure to make the regular updates your PS5 recommends.

I purchased the warranty so that if I have any issues down the line, I can just bring it in and have it replaced at no extra cost. I love shopping at Best Buy!

The DualSense features are top notch the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback make every game feel more immersive. It connects easily to my PS5 and the battery life has been solid so far. The color is vibrant and eye-catching, and the controller overall feels fairly comfortable in the hands. The haptic feedback is nice ... adaptive triggers are comfortable. Didn't love the hard angle body design on the backside grip compared to PS4... but overall a great choice for gamers looking to add some colorful variety to their setup.
