Pinkish tint to it

The controller was not the one i received in the box. I received a black controller and when i notice it was drifting i went to returned it and they told it was not the same controller so i couldn't return it. I told the manager that the controller that was in the box was black and to check the cameras. Unfortunately the CCTV only captures the women selling me the controller which was enclosed in the box. Mind you the box was a generic brown box and not the ps5 original box. If i can someone from best buy contact me that would be great

The haptics are WAY to strong out of the box but can be easily adjusted and the built in mic/speaker is a fabulous addition even if it only sounds mediocre at best.
