Do not buy open-box

Meaning it will go randomly left or right on it's own. Unfortunately, this happened right after 14 day return window. It's been a pain trying to contact sony to claim warranty.

Broken Product and Best Buy Said Too Bad

Tried to return, store credit, or exchange it, and Best Buy told me that I should have gotten their Warranty plan. Then told me that there's nothing they can do. Best Buy sells broken products and then tells you to get over it.
