I bought an open box excellent condition controller, what I got was borderline poor condition. One of the d pads has cracks underneath which means the controller has been dropped pretty hard. All of the buttons were very sticky, the x button wouldn't even go down and the o button keeps getting stuck when pressed, scratches on the top. I don't think Best Buy does any QA on these used controllers.

I had order my controller and it was delivered by roadie. Then person who “delivered” the controller took a picture of the controller inside their car and never actually delivered the controller so i had to get another one order to the store just to get my controller

It rumbles :D nice feel handwise but the grips on the joysticks burn a bit after hours of use, may need joystick covers. Didn't realize how much the rumble feature can add to an experience until Detroit Become Human. My only complaint is how awkward configuration settings are with Steam, not all games detect a Playstation vs. Xbox controller so I Have Accidentally Maimed People due to ABXY quick time events. Still, very nice controller, worth it when discounted.

Same as other controllers, but what’s special about this one is that it’s Camo!!!! very cool to me out of all.

Vibrant colors, absolutely beautiful, functions far rbetter than the cintroller that came wtih mt playstaion :)

I boufht this controller just to have a second one. The color is nice. I use it more than the white controller.

It works for about a year and a half then my son has to get a new one bc the stick gets stuck somehow. He calls it stickdrift. I wish Sony would build these to last longer, that’s a lot of money to shell out for a year.

PS5 controller is great. Went to pick this order up in store and the service was great, very fast and reliable.

These shouldn’t be breaking after a year and need to be replaced so often at this price$$$. I hardly play few hours a wk and they normally last a year.

Don’t expect this controller to last over a year if your daily gamer, PlayStation makes controllers to break and now they have released a better model

This controller looks better in person than the pictures let on. I got it for $50 on black friday. Great deal!
