Bad condition

I didn’t use it right away — when I finally tried it, I realized it wasn’t functioning properly. This was really disappointing, especially since I expected that Open Box items would be tested and guaranteed to be in working condition. I reached out for help just one day past the regular return period, and was told I’d need to sign up for a paid membership just to return a faulty product. That doesn’t feel fair, considering the item arrived in non-working condition. I hope Best Buy can improve quality control for Open Box items and consider more reasonable return options when the product is clearly defective.

Awesome Quality

Ive bought other Sony products from different stores with different results which is why I typically buy from the manufacturer when I can but Im glad I got it at BestBuy works great out the box and will definitely buy another!
