Controller came in terrible condition. It worked at the beginning, but now has lots of stick drift and is completely unusable. Of course the return window is already closed as well.

I just bought the control and It is already having issue with the R2 button just stops working. Best Buy quality has really gone down in the past 3 years.

Pro: Everything is great about it. Con: price can be a little cleaper. Would recommend but when on sales.

Great color and matches the PS5 oem plates. Battery life is average at best so keep it plugged often. Pickup experience at BestBuy was ok and not great. Should've shipped it instead. At the BF22 sale price of $50, it was a no brainer.

Stop working after about 8 months and had to buy a new one.

I love the controller as my 3rd. I just wish i waited a week or two and i could have had ot for 20$ less.

Stick came broken so had to return and get a new one.

Controller got drift just 30 days after purchase and its been my second controller in 60days

It was great at first I was loving it then all of a sudden I paused my game and came back to play unpause and then the controller had grew its own brain and my mustang was drifting and i would pull left it would drift right I spent a couple hours trying to get it to work correctly and finally I gave up and started surfing the net and then there it was the problems with the ps5 controller I had waisted two hours resetting my pc checking All my settings so hopefully the 2nd version works for a longer time before it decides too laugh at me while crashing for me

After 2 weeks got drift stick so now I need to get a new one

I have purchesed 5 remotes so far and they are all either dragging or buttom stuck.

I have 3 controllers that have horrible stick drift. They were all purchased at the time I bought my PS5. I purchased this controller less than 6 months ago and have hardly used it. Picked it up to play and it's unusable the stick drift is so bad.

The stick already started to drift. Poor quality and this should not happen so quickly

This controller is awesome and everyone uses it first in the house before either white, black or red.

The product is good and works great, when i wanted to purchase i was skeptical at first but my son was so happy with it

I tried to exchange I was having problems with all the red controllers but was denied

I haven’t used it more than 5 times and it’s already useless. The analog stick is drifting to the side and making it impossible to play.

The build in microphone in the controller doesn’t work, I was sold a faulty controller.

I like the new controller. It feels good but mine isn’t calibrated that well it’s very slow to react and I’m Not getting a good response time with it.
