Terrible drift issues

Be careful of Open Box items

Item came in plain brown box. Did not include Orginal box packaging or inserts. Item came wrapped in bubble wrap in the box. Item had markings on the back and scratches. Very dissatisfied.

Don't buy DualSense from BestBuy

They said they sent it directly to Sony. Sony doesn't have service points, so it all turned into a nightmare. It’s better to buy such things on sites with normal return conditions, such as Amazon. I am a regular customer, this is not my first purchase
