There was a delayed delivery. The delivery got rescheduled for a couple of times, in the end, i just had to request for a refund. I prefer my stuffs being delivered by USPS instead of Fedex

Remote analog stick is broken . It has stick drift

I needed to return it due to being defective new out of the box. Still a great controller just make sure it works before the store return runs out.

Had to return. Has issues with drifting, Sony will have to work it out.

I got my pre owned and it will not connect to my PS5

I bought this dual sense about 4 weeks ago and have been having problems with it since I purchased it. It won’t connect or sync to my console and it doesn’t even charge I’ve reached out to Best Buy multiple times and still haven’t heard nothing all I want is a replacement for the faulty item they sold me

This was a gift for my nephew and it didn’t even work.

We bought a refurbished one and it’s awful I wish we just bought it new

It didn’t work well , the RT and LT buttons were messed up

The piece inside the controller that makes it vibrate seems to end its cycle in an odd way after causing the vibration. I returned one controller because of this. The second one was the same way and my nephew's is the same as well.

The controller joystick moves to the left on its own. Bought this four months ago for $80 and it didn't even last a year. Non-returnable now. I'm going to buy the next one off of Amazon, they'd allow this return.

Analogs don't work after 3 months. Get all jumpy ...

This is the second one I've purchased after the original and the first purchased one developed serious drift issues. I'm betting thisa one will have the same fate after a couple months of play time. Google it. I believe there is a class action suit against Sony for this since its so prevalent. There are plenty of video's and write-ups on how to fix the drift issue but all have proven to be temporary and not perminent, at least for me. I'm certainly not going to take it apart and clean the potentiometers as some suggest, shouldn't have to. I'm hoping that another company will step up with an aftermarket compatible controller soon.
