don't like bright blue wish they make Metallica controller

I love the feel of my PS5 controllers! Nevertheless, these controllers are not as durable as previous Playstation installments. Buttons start stick, analogs stuck in certain directions, etc. Just be sure to get insurance or warranty.

Most of the reviews here go by the look and color of the controller. Its designed well based on looks, but I have to be honest and give the actual customer who uses this controller especially for first person shooter games. The life span of the thumbsticks is not made for fast action paced shooters. Thumbstick drift is a huge issue and impacts aim and accuracy. I can tell you within one month of playing, I experienced bad drift to the point of switching over to my ps4 controller which after at least 6 months of usage, still works exceptionally better. I really wish for a controller that is over the $60 mark will perform better than its predecessor. Unfortunately this is not the case and has bothing to do with best buy. Its sony. They can do better.

The PS5 controllers are terrible - on purpose by Sony, so you keep buying more. This is my 5th one in less than seven months.

New controller is so advance I can see why it cost what it does

I have two controller all of which developed stick drift with in 2 years and no longer work at all. I have contacted Sony and they will not fix it because it's out of warranty. This is a known issue with PS5 controllers but Sony refuses to do anything. If you own a PS5, plan on buying a new controller every year or two. These suck

It was good at first second day but after that my son complain that the remote was broke not working no more.But we did replace a new one .

The remote isn’t so bad it’s just that with wear and tear after about a year in use it starts to move in different direction on it own.

A few days after the return date it started to drift. I have two other dualsense that both have this issue. This is by far Sony’s worst product ever.

The controller itself is great, it took too long to ship and that's why i'm giving it a 3 star rating.

Feel great, the only problem is that it will disconnect other controllers when I connect it via Bluetooth.

I just had to have this controller based off the color. Out of all of the consoles/controllers I own, this is the first controller to ever get stick drift. I dont even think I've had it a full year. It maybe has 10 hours of play time on it and its so unusable at this point.
