Bought a second controller around when 2021 started. Left analog stick has horrible drift that doesn’t go away. Tried resetting it and tried all the fixes in the book. Even took an air compressor and sprayed the analog sticks and it still drifts. One of the best feeling controllers but the ps4 analog sticks weren’t this bad. PS5 been out for a year and i’ve gone through to controllers.

It was alright my package never got delivered so I had to buy a whole new product

Its a controller, dualshock. It does it purpose BUT longevity is poor. 6 minths after purchase, I began experiencing drift on the left toggle Ok i biight a 2nd one. Mknths kater, same issue. I dint pkay that often and when I do, maybe an hkir so its not wear and tear. Never again. I am waiting for a third oarty controller to come out. This is liss poor quality control

don't like purple wish they make Metallica controller also wish battery would last as long as xbox controller

I made it through 95% of Assasins Creed Shadows before the R1 button started sticking…Ive purchased many remotes and this was the absolute worst. It lasted about 2-3 months tops, and im incredibly surprised this was a Sony product. Quality is not a priority any longer…

It isn’t gray. It’s green. I wouldn’t have purchased it if I knew that.

It doesn’t function correctly. It “drifts” to the left and then all you can do is spin in a circle. I can’t review the item any further because it’s obviously defective. I can review my experience at BEST BUY and that was combative, rude and completely unacceptable. I will NEVER purchase anything at BB again and if there is ever a situation where BB is the only source for something I might ever need I will learn to live without rather then EVER having to deal with BB and anyone associated or employed by Best But.

 This is an excellent remote control. I have never seen anything it’s like this. It was so many different features. It is real great.

I brought this ps5 controller and beats solo 4 and the lady picked it up so she can deliver it and now i wake to a message saying it was unable to deliver last i check she was down the street now she taking it back to best buy like HUH? I spent too much money of my hard earn money to be play games with yall now i havw to wait 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A REFUND! Im not playing wit yall yall playing with my money and time

My kid said this is a lighter feel which makes the long hours of playing even better.

This is my second controller and after 6 months of using it it started drifting to the left like my 1st controller. After researching, it is known to drift. I went ahead and invested $199 for the Edge controller because the analog stick only cost $20 to replace. I did learn how to repair this controller by replacing the green part for only 50 cents a piece, but I had to learn how to solder. I never had drifting issues with PS4 or PS3 controllers until now with PS5.

Works as expected, I only wish it was true red instead of this pink-ish red

One star for the Best Buy at Chapman. Controller is fine. But I'm 99% sure they sold me an open box item. Had no cable, no pamphlet. Will include pictures of box later.

Best Buy has the best prices on accessories for PS5.
