Not as described. Used and beaten up. The buttons get stuck in when pressed

Geek squad told us they wont work on controllers they would swap it out if you had a geek squad protection plan even tho we pay for best buy total tech which includes geek squad protection plans and they told us when we bought it since we have total tech that we didnt didnt need squad protection best buy in Summerville sc at azaela square is full of incompetent employees biggest waste of money.

The color is a little misleading, I wish it was more on the red side

For all the hype about the cool things this controller does it cant even do the basics. After about 50 hours of use the joy sticks started to drift without me touching them. Tried numerous things, none of it worked and when you call Sony the only option they give tou is to mail it in(you pay for shipping) and in about 6 weeks they'll get it back to you hopefully repaired

I bought a refurbished controller in “excellent” condition meaning everything should have been in working order but it was not. The buttons would not work or respond.

Had to buy a new one because i wore out the one that came with the ps5 console in couple months and had to send it back to sony under warranty to be fixed for severe stick drift i really dont expect this to last much longer but at least it looks cool

I purchased this new online and what I received when I picked it up at the store was a box that had been opened, and controller wit blemishes due to some use. Needless to say this will be my last Best Buy purchase.

Listing had no indication of “used” or “refurbished”, controller was visibly used and broken out of the sealed box. This was a gift and opened after the 14 day return period so now I am stuck with an unusable controller I paid full price for.

Start drifting in couple months… expected better quality

This controller not charging and keep right shifting. Not recommended

Its a fragile peace of crap make sure you buy the bestbuy protection plan as the Infamous Analogue Drift will happen right outside a year of usage. This is a design flaw in Sony controllers. You have been warned!

Controller button keep getting stuck have to send back for repair

Complete and Utter Garbage for competitive gaming, Response time is the slowest I have ever seen on a controller and the toggles are extremely slow, I had to put my game sens to the maximum for it to even be decent sensitivity speed.

This was a refurbished controller. It worked for about 20 minutes.
