Overall the product was amazing for the price, sure it was used and everything but hey atleast It works and it is practically brand new and I’ve been using it for the past month now and I have 0 complaints and I’m loving it! The design is smooth and sleek mixing with the colors and it just looks great. Overall I’d recommend buying an open box then getting a brand new one.

The DualSense controller is one of the best gaming controllers I’ve ever used. The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback make games much more immersive, and the Galactic Purple color looks amazing. It’s comfortable to hold during long gaming sessions, the battery life is solid, and it pairs easily with my PS5 and PC. The build quality feels premium, and the buttons and sticks are very responsive. Highly recommended!

Since buying this remote it ergonomically feels like a blessing in disguise. You can feel the power and difference from other remotes. The latency that doesn’t exist like most, you can definitely feel the haptic vibrations when using both triggers, the grip you get when using this remote as well. No sliding off your hands the feeling is very smooth whether your on console or PC I definitely recommend this remote.

It honestly just looks really good sitting next to the PS5. As for performance, it works exactly the way a DualSense should. The triggers feel great, the vibration is super detailed, and the controller feels comfortable to hold for long gaming sessions. I haven’t had any connection issues, and the battery life has been solid.

As someone who plays daily - this has been a good controller so far. The previous two Dualsenses I've owned developed issued with the headphone port and reduced battery life. This newer version has had none of those issues, and no stick drift, or any other issues. Feels just as good to play as the day I took it our of the packaging.

I purchased on sale as one of my OG PS 5 controllers was only lasting 2 hours a play session. I did not realize they improved the battery life on newer models as I can get at least 10-12 hrs and sometimes 15 hrs on a single charge (depends on if you're using adaptive triggers or mic/sound on games). Also they are quite comfortable to use and playstation controllers have been some of the best video game controllers over the years so no surprise there.
