The DualSense wireless PlayStation 5 controller has been a fantastic addition to my gaming setup. Its ergonomic design fits comfortably in my hands, allowing for extended gaming sessions without discomfort. It makes every action feel unique, whether I'm sprinting through a lush forest or navigating treacherous terrain. The adaptive triggers are another standout feature. This level of detail truly makes a difference in how I interact with the games. However, the battery life could be improved. I find myself recharging it more frequently than expected, which can be a bit inconvenient during longer play sessions. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience with the DualSense controller has been overwhelmingly positive. It’s a game-changer that elevates the PlayStation 5 experience, and I highly recommend it to any gamer.

The DualSense completely changed my expectations for what a controller can do. The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback make games feel much more immersive, whether you’re racing, shooting, or exploring. It’s one of those features that’s hard to appreciate until you actually experience it. The Chroma Pearl finish looks even better in person. It has a premium feel, stands out without being flashy, and pairs perfectly with my PS5 Pro. The controller is comfortable during long gaming sessions, the sticks and buttons feel precise, and the built-in speaker and microphone add to the overall experience. Battery life has been solid for my gaming sessions, and USB-C charging makes it easy to top off when needed. Sony really nailed the ergonomics, and after using the DualSense, it’s difficult to go back to older controllers. If you’re buying a second controller or want a unique color that looks great on display, the Chroma Pearl is an easy recommendation. It’s a premium controller that feels every bit as good as it looks.

Love it! Pretty color, comfortable, and long lasting battery.

This was my first time getting my hands on a controller like this and not only does it look amazing with the black and blue colors but it also feels super smooth and slick in your hands with the different materials used for it! It felt like a completely different controller of what you're used to with typical PS5 controllers, I would definitely highly recommended anyone give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

The PS5 controller is easy to use and feels good it is a bit heavier and bulkier than the ps4 controller but it’s way better and softer. The buttons work well and respond fast when games are played. The sticks move smoothly and help me control the game better. I like the vibration because it makes the game feel more real. The controller connects quickly to any console.

I could no longer use my other controller and I really needed a new one on the same day .. although Best Buy was one of my options ,, I still chose to look around and see who might’ve had a deal for a better controller .. I finally had one more look at Best Buy and they had this controller on sale as an open box purchase which was way less than the original price every other company was listed and priced at .. I’ve been wanting this color so much for so long that I knew I didn’t want another controller unless is was this one .. although it came open box ,, the description said completely new and I trusted it .. thank you Best Buy for your wonderful deals .. I really like the color of the controller more than the other color options they’ve had ever .. the controller has given me no issues since purchasing and the design makes me feel great about spending my money on this item.

The color really comes out excellent and the controller still feels really good

The PS5 dual sense controller is a great controller. It has a good design and is easy to use. Mainly, if you’re buying this for the PS5 console, then it’s obviously the perfect choice, however, this may not be very well compatible with other devices and other softwares like games on steam may not have full compatibility support. Here are the pros and cons of this controller: Pros: -Unique and cool design -Easy to pair and use -Comfortable enough to use/Grip is ok -Decent battery life -light weight Cons: -Made of plastic that doesn’t have enough premium feel -Not fully compatible with other devices/other games like on steam -No cable included -A bit pricey Overall, I still think this is a great controller and would rate it 4/5!

This is my favorite controller. I love the deep purple hue, complimented by the blue controller lights. Works great still, even after 2 years. Ive had to replace the thumbstick caps, that’s it though. Still works flawlessly. Controllers are a bit pricey these days, but at least they last if you take care of them.

Product good but not really built to last and if you game frequently be ready to replace in about a year not even a year in owing the product will get stick drift recommended getting a protection plan

I bought this controller at Best Buy, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. Right out of the box, you can tell it’s high quality: it feels solid, comfortable, and really well-built. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers truly make gameplay more immersive — especially in titles like Spider-Man and Call of Duty. The battery life is great, and it charges quickly with a good USB-C cable. I was also impressed with how fast Best Buy delivered it and how well it was packaged. I totally recommend it, whether it’s for your main controller or for multiplayer sessions with friends. Definitely a great buy!

Great controller, great color, obviously eventually gets stick drift but still the best console controller out right now

[Employee of bestbuy] The picture does not do this controller justice. The color of this controller is amazing. It’s blue when viewed from the top down, but purple when viewed at an angle. Other than that, it works as well as any other PS5 DualSense controller, it just does it while looking pretty.
