Great quality on the controller. Buttons feel good and my analogs aren't wearing out. A good weight to it too because I don't like no weight on them either. Battery life is pretty terrible though. Feels like it has maybe 1/3 less battery life than a ps4 controller. I recommend a second controller if you can so you can always play wirelessly.

It's everything you'd expect for a controller. I've dropped it a couple of times and it still works fine so I'm happy with it. Feels nice, decent weight

I like that the controller is a bit bigger than the ps4 controller it fits well in my hand and the vibrations and haptic triggers are a cool feature.

Way better aesthetic compared to the regular controller. Even the texture\grip feels better as well especially when playing for extended periods of time.

The controller for the PS5 is an upgrade over the PS4 controllers. Grip is better and seems to control better than the PS4 model.To bad you have to pay almost $70 for n additional controller for the system. Otherwise a must have, as you need 2 controllers for multi-play.

Thank god Sony broke down and made a solid black version of the controller. My white and black controller gets dirty from prolonged use and picks up color pigment from my jeans sometimes. With this version I can’t find evidence of the same happening.

Great product. Before i always hated controller vibration but with the haptic feedback in the new ps5 remote it controls the vibration base on the action and id rather play with the vibration then without it just makes it feel right.

Honestly, I loved this open-box controller from BestBuy. Basically new, with no blemishes/ marks, etc. The only thing I could ask for more was a longer return period/ more info on warranty, and ofc, only joking here, but it being free.
