The good news the new controllers for PS5 are terrific with fun interactive-type features.

Open box remote

A lot of damage could have happened to the remote in the shipping process. Hoping we don’t have any issues with it down the road

I went to exchange for another one and I had a great experience. They got me a new one and got me out the door quickly. 4 stars for the controller and 5 for the customer service!!
