This is as good as the one my PS5 came with, no complaints about this one so far

Although I love the Cosmic Red color more, this one is good too. I love the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, A game that I love and use those features very well is Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart

Premium build but if your a daily gamer I would recommend the protection because my controller fail many times and held up will for a well but as all things it could only take so much abuse

Controller was In a good and perfect condition. No issues occurring till now

Love the dualsense controller, I'm not happy I had to buy an extra one because my original started to drift. I haven't had that experience yet with the new replacement

They fixed pretty much everything about the DS4 that I didn't like. It's a great controller, and the new features are AMAZING. I really do hope more developers choose to utilize them because they truly are a great experience.

good buying experience, the controller is a little heavier than PS4 due to the built-in battery.

Works great. Links with my ps5 without problems, my only problem with it is that is too expensive. I will recommend it to a friend.

The best stock console controller ever made. The haptic feedback is fantastic and helps immerse you into the experience. The bigger size now compared to the past DualShock controllers make it the perfect size controller.

I'd give it 5 stars if it were just a review of Best Buy, but that's not what this review is for. I bought this controller to replace another that was about a year old and had terrible drift occurring to the point that games were unplayable. The controller out of the box was great, the first several games were great, but I can already tell that the left trigger button is loose and activating during gameplay when not actually engaged. The problem is in the manufacturing of the controllers themselves and is what it is from Sony and Playstation, you may want to consider a good third party controller if you're willing to spend the money. If you need a new controller and are comfortable with these like I am, just understand they don't last as long as they should for the money.

Holy crap I’m not a big fan of purple controllers but dam in person it looks great !!! It was for my lady but a bit jealous lol Pictures don’t do it justice but in person is way better

Stick drift eventually sets in and makes the controller unusable

Huge fan of this cobalt blue. The color fits way better than the standard white controller that comes with the PS5.
