Best Buy is the place for all my gaming purchases. I was told if the controller started to have any issues, Best Buy would be able to fix it immediately.

I love the motion controls and the adaptive triggers are great. Personally, I think it is more expensive than it should be, and I think they could have improved the battery life more. I'm hoping I don't have any drift issues that many people report with their controllers.
