AWESOME

The online checkout and pickup process was remarkably efficient and user-friendly. I will undoubtedly utilize their services again in the future.

Don't buy open box, we were sent very broken item.

Ours was supposed to be in excellent condition, but came broken, with stick drift out of the box. No original packaging, dirty, scratched up, faded coloring and quite obviously used for months and months and then returned somehow before being resold to online suckers ( Us ). Online customer service was absolutely useless. They offered for us to drive to the nearest store to return the broken piece of crap, which is about 30 minutes away from us, or return it with the prepaid label they give you. We weren't given a prepaid label. Surprise surprise. All in all just a terrible experience. We wont be buying any open box items from here ever again. Totally disappointed. If you look at the picture's I attach here, you can see that it is dirty, faded on the lettering on the back and around the edges of the sticks, and scratched all over where the charger gets plugged in.
