Really nice and comfortable controller, but Sony please fix the Drift, there’s no way we still having this problem in 2026. It looks like you guys don’t want to fix it, just to sell more.

Using it for PC games like Dead by daylight, Fortnite no build and Drstiny 2 crucible. Feels absolutely nice, you cant go wrong with a Sony product, PlayStation. Heptic feedback on the triggers is a huge plus, but game developers really needs to take advantage of it more. (Does not come with a usb cable which sucks) other than that. Im satisfied.

Too expensive but a great controller overall. Wish they would add more features considering how many iterations I have had to buy, some seemingly just bc the systems changed generations. Wish they would do more with the touchpad in the middle but whenever they do I don’t like it. Astrobot is the best game to play to showcase all the features of the controller. I’m changing my response to 5 stars because I just remembered you can blow in the thing!

Excellent super spectacular controller. Worth getting when on sale during the holidays or Playstation sales.

Works like it should, but I highly recommend getting the warranty, that way you can replace it when you get the dreaded stick drift, which Sony refuses to do anything about because they like to cut corners

This is a good controller because if you guys become a total Best Buy member, it is a really good deal on it. I got it for $45 with the points and the membership that made it $54 because I got on Black Friday so I really recommend that you guys become a total member because usually PlayStation controllers are $70 and that’s a lot of money so if you guys become a total member it’s really worth it and their controllers last a long time so by the time when you’re controller starts to feel faulty, you have the membership and you can get a new one for free after a year

I was looking far and wide High and Low for military patterned grey camouflage PlayStation 5 controller, this design was nowhere to be found. Until I went to Best Buy. They have a huge collection of electronics and I was in need of a new PlayStation 5 controller especially this particular one. I was SO Excited ! I was able to walk in, ask and be directed to the proper area and found Exactly what I wanted. The look, the feel and the availability was what was amazing. I have been enjoying numerous hours of fun with my new controller. On top of that it has the look that I was going for. Now with the combination of my new controller I feel like I can't be beat at my favorite games. Best buy came through in a clutch. Really impressed with the availability and the convenience of the whole shopping experience. I suggest if your in the market for one of these bad boys you should stop at Best Buy first. Pricing was great and the knowledge staff was on point. Thank you Best Buy you really made my day.

The Purple controller is honestly the best color. The purple is vibrant yet calm. It has its own character compared its counterparts and my personal favorite thing about it is the whitish purple accent for the symbols compared to the usual black. It just brings the controller all together

BEST CONTROLLER EVER. But you knew that already… obviously the DualSense is the best gaming controller on the market, and this Spiderman 2 custom version takes the cake! Loving the design. Shout out to Best Buy for the easy pre-order and launch day delivery! Came before the game arrived. 10/10

Love the color and feels comfortable to the touch.

Beautiful red, haven’t had any drift issues or anything quite yet, very comfortable. Wish the triggers were less sensitive, but that’s more of a PlayStation issue, a lot of times I’ll never touch the triggers yet it’s reading as if I have.

Great controller. Don't even have a PS5 but bought it simply cause its so good. Use it for gaming on my laptop. Steam makes it easy to use for most games.

This controller works very well and has a very responsive sound/vibration feature. It is very well made and the chrome blue color looks great!

Been needing a new controller after my old one finally got controller drift. This has been an absolute dream playing with and don’t get me started on the gorgeous color. Would recommend to anyone!

I purchased this controller for my kids. They love it. The spider man printing is very nice. It is working reliably for now. I am always concerned with stick drift that comes with theses controllers, but for now it is functioning great.
