Purchased additional control with a different color so the kids won’t fight over the same white control. Works exactly like the one that came with the console only difference is the color.

There is little to add. PlayStation makes high quality controllers, and they keep innovating the design. Battery life is the main thing people complain about; you might get 10 hours per charge with heavy play. I can’t compare to 3rd party controllers; usually they are cheaper (both as in less money, less quality). I doubt that has changed. At the risk of sounding like a FanBoy, Xbox controllers have not had a significant improvement in 2 console generations and they don’t come with a rechargeable battery. You have to use AA batteries. You can add rechargeable battery for $30 and it lasts for like 48 hours. Note that is more expensive.

I bought a PS5 for my boys for Christmas and needed an extra controller...this one is by far the most popular in the house. Looks cool and operates just like the one that comes with the consol.

This is such a great controller but it through me off that there is a lot of sensation throughout this controller when playing games that have sound effects I think sometimes the sound/vibrations come through the controller. I really enjoy how interactive this is though, and I like how it's in my favorite color :)

A built-in speaker, they say, to amplify the ghostly whispers of the virtual realm. Yet, it serves only to further madden the senses, as if unseen spirits conspire to torment my ears with their spectral murmurs. The haptic feedback, a cursed vibration that rattles the very core of my being, a reminder that I am but a puppet in this digital purgatory. The light bar, a ghastly glow that pierces the darkness, casting eerie shadows upon the walls. It mocks me, taunts me with its otherworldly hues, a beacon of lunacy in this sea of pixelated madness. In conclusion, this PS5 controller is a cursed artifact, a malevolent creation that seeks to torment the very soul of its wielder. I would sooner face the howling winds and raging seas of the lighthouse than grapple with this infernal contrivance.
