Dualsense controllers are simply the best. Ive always preferred the Playstation layout over the xbox. The weight, the buttons, the haptic feedback...all wonderful. This particular controller seems to have improved battery life too! Ive played at least 4 hours no charge without losing a notch on the indicator.

Best playstation controller ever and one the best period. Xbox controllers are definitely more ergonomic for me, but all the haptic feedback and analog variable resistance are not just gimmicks, they sure improve the gaming experience.

I haven’t tried the PS5 controller yet, but I want to highlight the excellent customer service at Best Buy. Initially, they almost couldn’t find the controller, but associate Brandon went the extra mile and found it for me. His genuineness and attentiveness provided a satisfying shopping experience. It’s refreshing to see an employee so dedicated to helping customers. Keep it up, Brandon!

This is an excellent controller and fits the aesthetic of my gaming setup perfectly. I also swapped out the outer shell on my PS5 for black plates and this just meshes well with the look and overall vibe I was going for. Performance wise the controller is very responsive, holds well in hand and the vibrations and feedback make me feel as if I’m inside my favorite games.

I had an off brand one that wasn't cutting it so I went back for a real controller. I feel like Sony has made them better/more durable. My older ones started acting up after less than a year. I plan on getting another soon.

There’s not much to say about this. It’s the DualSense in a new color. Built-in USB C charging is nice, battery life is good, and the textured back makes it easy to grip. Sony’s redesign with the DualSense is more comfortable to hold over a longer period of time. I do wish they improved on the D-pad, but that’s the only negative I have to say. Pairs well with Sony’s white them with their PS5 and accessories, just adds a bit of flair. A bit expensive, but what isn’t these days?

Just a fantastic feeling controller with responsive button presses that you can feel with every action. Sony did a remarkable job with this PS5 system and wireless controller. And the color of this is gorgeous. It is a great size for adult as well as child hands and has a premium feel and button layout without paying for one of those $200+ competition controllers or joysticks. LED light feedback that changes colors based off of the game you are playing, what player you are, and other fascinating factors. if you are a RGB person this is a nice nice touch. The haptic feedback combined with adaptive triggers that based off of the game you are playing will give you varying tension to really help you feel those bow and arrow shots! And if you have Bluetooth 5 or better on your phone or tablet, feel free to use this while traveling to use remote play for your favorite PS5 games. No need to go out and purchase other accessories. Speaking of which, the built in microphone and speakers gives even more reason to purchase these. You will get to hear special sounds from your game as well as talk to friend all via the controller. Even has built in headphone jack for convenient use of your favorite headphone you already own. Also a little hidden jewel is that you can listen to your movies and play your games in private while sitting right next to someone on the couch or in bed without disturbing them using this capability. Brilliant.

Aside from the fact that it is a cute color for a controller, it is worth the buy. It is affordable and reliable, I purchased this controller about two years ago, and it still works perfectly fine! Definitely a great buy!!

Best priced open box option available by far and the condition was exceptional conpared to other retailers. Purchasing from the app is a Godsend as it allows you to chose the color of the controller, what condition you want to chose from as Best Buy has fair, good and excellent. Finally you can chose the location to pick it up or have it shipped to you. I pciked it up at my local store but clukd have had it dleivered in 2 days. I also love the freedom of payment methods offered in case you cant afford the full cost you can opt for the pay over time method via zip. Overall, best shopp8ng experience buying a new controller: an endeavor seemingly only getting mire difficult!

Excellent product. The quality of workmanship is impressive. It works flawlessly. In fact, even if I wanted to type something wrong, I have to praise it because it's really an OK product.

Cant go wrong with this controller whether using for PS5 or PC. Good ergonomics, color is awesome, haptics are unbeatable with any other controller out right now.

I have a problem buying too many controllers, and this is my most recent addition to my collection. While I do like the Starlight Blue color, my favorite is still the Galactic Purple, followed by Cosmic Red. The DualSense itself is a fantastic controller--the best on the market. The feel in your hands and the new haptic-feedback feel truly next-gen. I used a gift card to cut down on the hefty $70 price. Recommend trying to catch it on sale if you can.
