Nice controller. Had it plugged in the front port for 3 hours, controller off, console on and it still didn't charge completely. When I turned it on it was at 2 bars

Your thumbs hit each other when you pull right on the left stick and left on the right stick simultaneously. Switch pro and Xbox controllers are superior with their off-axis joystick placements. Turning off the controller is a pain requiring you to hold the applicable buttons for an agonizing 10 seconds. The mic and speaker functionality is overall a disappointment. I've gone back to using my Switch Pro controller, it's just better than the PS5 controller in regards to PC gaming.

My daughter and I played the PS5 for solid 4 hours and the remote was still showing a full charge. This is much better than other gaming system's.

Very expensive controller but you have to have them if you want to play so they have you by the balls

I purchased an open-box PlayStation 5 controller advertised as fully functional. It arrived defective out of the box and never worked properly. I reached out to Best Buy immediately after returning from a work trip, but both the store and online support refused to help, hiding behind their return window even though the product was sold in non-working condition. It’s unacceptable for a company of this size to sell defective merchandise and then push the responsibility onto the manufacturer. I wasn’t asking for a refund, only an exchange for a working item. The lack of accountability and customer service has completely destroyed my confidence in Best Buy. Buy new or buy elsewhere, but do not trust Best Buy’s open-box program.

Stick drift across multiple controllers. Useless afterwards and very frustrating to play with. This must be a problem for other users. Fix it and let us return defective controllers.
