Very comfortable controller

Haptic feedback is awesome on certian games. Love the purple color. Suggest getting two year warranty with bestbuy they seem to wear down with heavy use.

The left stick started drifting really bad and really impacted my performance especially in multiplayer. But I couldn't be mad, that controller had lasted 5 years? That's pretty darn impressive. I ended up choosing this controller as my replacement. And it brought me back to playing and how it had felt to use the PS5 controller for the first once again. The adaptive triggers truly are one of the best upgrades introduced on this generation.

I had an easy time with the warranty process and I have yet to run into any problems with my controller. It feels great to play with and the ps5 controllers are my favorite on the market right now.

They have been asking for extra controllers so they can have friends come over and play. They actually chose the pink color! This controller is just like the original. It is Sony brand and when it is on sale, it is the best investment.

A great controller when it works.

It's a shame they are so expensive though, and still have stick drift issues. I recommend buying a few when they go on sale for $50-$60 because at full price, they are not worth it.

Definitely operates just like the standard PS5 controller does. The only reason it is not get 5 stars is the price, but Best Buy cannot really control that.

Fantastic Controller

No other controller feels this good to use. I got a white controller with my PS5 and I wanted to get a second one for my wife. Variety is the spice of life and having a variety of controller colors makes gaming that much sweeter. The only thing to note about the black controller is that it shows dirt, grime, and smudges a lot more easily than a white one.
