Works great and it is a ps product can’t go wrong I live the color and was able to pick up at the store can’t go wrong I did add a rubber grip and some control freak joy stick covers for better grip

It was really good. It was better than my old one and I really enjoyed it playing with video games and stuff. And works smoothly.

The analog sticks have improved in quality with the revision of hardware in this controller. But, time will tell as usually stick drift, and unwanted input comes after a prolonged time of use. The good news is most of the time a good cleaning will fix it. I got a solid year with everyday use out of the one that came with my PS5. Luckily I discovered they will warranty any under 1 year old! I sent my first one in, got it back fairly quick. The deal Best Buy had going I picked up 2.

Good quality , will last a long time if taken care of. Long lasting battery if you keep it plugged up when not playing.

Very good quality the price is a little high but overall the kids love it they needed a second control when they bought the game it only came with one which I think the game should come to was delivered fast no problems

Sony killed it again. The haptic feedback, feel and overall performance is just beyond anything out there right now. They feel so much less cheap than the PS4 version. More sturdy/durable and the triggers are amazing.

Best controllers out there, nothing really comes close to the DualSense. I used to love the PS3 and PS4 controllers, but the DualSense surpassed the DualShock. They’re so comfortable with an amazing texture and shape. It says a lot that all fighting game players use this controller, and most FPS players also use it. It is the new standard with good reason.

Would have been 5 stars if not for this valid compIaint. I bought this to use with DS4 on my PC. But…why in the world is SONY SO DENSE not to add, “NO CHARGE CABLE INCLUDED” in nice BIG letters, just like that, on the box….anywhere, seriously, it’s nowhere, missing in action, out to lunch, sorry we’re closed, on vacation for the next three weeks, see you soooooooooooon. Brilliant idea, SONY! By the way, @M@Z0N has the brand in the picture, 3 sets/6ft and they have a heavy duty extra hardened usb-c that is an upgraded 3D aluminum connector and exclusive laser welding technology, which can ensure the metal part won't break and it has a braided wire to boot. I’m sure better than what SONY could have provided anyway. The controller works flawlessly, glad I paid $49.99 to make up the difference of having to buy more cables.

Works great. Love the color and holds charge. Doesnt come with a charger, but thats not a problem because those are cheap.

Premium product's quality, great sensibility for the analog sticks and triggers as you would expect. If you want to get the most out of this controller on PC, I recommend to use DualSense X, a Steam app which lets you take advantage of almost all of this controller capabilities like, custom RGB lights, PC media control and more with button shortcuts and even XInput and DualShock 4 emulation. The only downside is the lack of official support on PC. By the time being, you still can't use the controller's mic and speaker while connected via bluetooth
