The sturdiness of it feels great in the hands, has a great grip for my large hands as well as the adaptive triggers feeling very good to press. Sony outdid themselves with this master piece.

If it weren't for Best buys top tier warranty, I would definitely worry about these new controllers.

Midnight controller gives me old school PS vibes

Its as close as ill get to a midnight PS5 and I'm okay with that ! This controller works just as good as the original one

I add the geek squad guarantee bc u never know when you get stuck drift witch will most likely happen sadly they haven’t found a way to avoid it .

This purchase was all about the aesthetic. The haptic feedback is fun, and the built in mic works surprisingly well if you don't already have a headset. My only real gripe across the board is battery life, but that's a Sony issue, not a Best Buy issue. As far as Best Buy, I ordered via the app, drove to the store after work, and was able to pick up seamlessly.

Also, the new shape is more of a comfortable feel while still finding a way to stay true to the dualsense blueprint.

This is my 4th ps5 controller and I’m satisfied with my purchase, I have 1 new one I bought with this controller on Black Friday and two older ones but finger food snacking and gaming aren’t the most compatible operations.
