Gives you the ability to use your pointer fingers on the bottom of the controller for two additional buttons. Comes with a nice case and the options of different toggle buttons. Would recommend 100%.

A truly next gen controller....

The Haptic feedback is a game changer to me. Playing Astro’s Playroom and feeling the differences between walking on different materials, the feeling of rain drops falling on you.....it brings the immersion to a new level. Not many games support these features yet but with time, we will start to see more and more hopefully The built in mic is a nice feature on the controller as well, but to be honest I have gaming headphones so I dont need it. But it’s nice for those who don’t own gaming headset, virtually gives every ps5 user access to communicate w/ others online for free.

It's not a striking color difference from the galactic purple, though, so if you want distinct blue and purple options I might opt for the starlight blue instead.
