Very easy process and I was able to receive the controller a day earlier than quoted.

I wish I could get a PS5 to use the controller. I have tried a number of times and I have it in my cart and BAM!!! it's gone. The bot purchasing is very UPSETTING!!!!

Sony does it again with their controllers. Everything about it is amazing and a great upgrade. It's expensive but must have to compliment your PS5 and one controller.

Everything about this controller is pretty good. Only downside is that the battery dies a little quicker and needs a charge faster than expected. But other than that, zero problems or issues.

Now this is what they should of done since launch very glad they went this rout though even better when you match them up with Dbrand black plates!

The best PS controller ever. I really liked the haptics update on COD but other games didn’t support it so it felt average. The design tired my hands quicker than other controllers. Aldo noticed the triggers had different sensitivity which I didn’t like.

The new PS 5 controllers are really nice. The feedback built in is awesome. If you only have one controller pick this up for a spare or when friends come over.

My husband has been using this controller with his gaming laptop P.C. but unfortunately we don’t have the ps5 yet so I can’t comment on how well it works with the ps5

It's great and works perfectly, if you intended to buy because it's red it's not. Its a hot dark pink color. Still it does what it's intended for.

Nice controller for a PS5 or other compatible system, including Apple TV.

Had to replace a controller, that started "drifting". Ordered online, picked up in store. Worked right out the box... no more drifting controller. Let's hope this left stick can also last longer than 6 months.
