I bought an OPEN BOX (Excellent Condition) Dual sense, and not excellent. It had sweat caked in the crevices of the controller, and the thumbsticks were worn out. I returned it immediately.

I was returning a playstation 4 controller that i purchased a replacement plan on. They offered me the option of getting the playstation 5 controller so i went with it knowing i would need it eventually anyway
