Good but long time use hurts

Can’t go wrong with having a second one, It definitely comes in handy. Be careful of putting on any thumb stick grips, they rip the controllers own materials apart.

The controller was not the one i received in the box. I received a black controller and when i notice it was drifting i went to returned it and they told it was not the same controller so i couldn't return it. I told the manager that the controller that was in the box was black and to check the cameras. Unfortunately the CCTV only captures the women selling me the controller which was enclosed in the box. Mind you the box was a generic brown box and not the ps5 original box. If i can someone from best buy contact me that would be great
