“Excellent” Condition yet it has stick drift

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered the “excellent” condition controller and as soon as i opened the box i could feel the analog sticks were loose around certain areas and tight around other areas. So i went into the game settings and tested it and sure enough it had stick drift in the right analog. I thought these people tested items? Yet the most simple and common problem with a controller went undetected. An absolute embarrassment.

Not a true red
